RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


At Hanwell Eyecare we will only offer a refund or exchange if your order is damaged or defective.

Please contact hanwelleyecare@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to request a refund or exchange. Please state your full name and order number when contacting us. We will then outline the process you need to follow.

If you are sending a damaged or defective item back to us, we will send you an email to notify you when we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 working days.

To return a damaged or defective item, please send the item to Hanwell Eyecare, 20 Church Road, London W7 1DR.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
